- The system is driven by an Omron CP1M Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which controls and monitors the plant and vat conditions to ensure they are washed thoroughly and automatically with minimal user intervention.
- This unit was designed to be used as a standalone controller with the ability to replace the ever-aging controllers in the field that are unable to be repaired or find spare parts for or reprogram to suit new wash requirements.
- The system is designed as a system to completely control the plant milking functions also and will fail to allow the starting of the milk plant if there should be a fault during the washing of the plant or vat.
- After a successful plant or vat wash the system will automatically send a pulse to the autofill controller to fill the hot water cylinder so you never run out of hot water and will not allow filling of the cylinders unless the wash cycle is completed.
- The system will display the current cycle in progress and will show the type of wash in progress by the sequence of flashing lights on the button feedback indicator lamps.
